Paying for Priority Shipping only gives you a faster transit time, it will not expedite the orders handling and processing time.

Please note: We are not responsible for any mishandled or lost packages. It is important for customers who live in apartment complexes to stay up to date with their tracking and delivery in order to avoid missing or stolen packages. We offer the option to require a signature confirmation upon delivery in order to best track the handling of your order.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. You will receive an e-mail that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active and begin to see updates. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 2-5 business days, please feel free to reach us directly via e-mail.
Mari-Ju-Wana is not responsible for the physical delivery of packages. In the event that a package is lost or misplaced, it is recommended to contact your local delivery service (based on method at checkout: i.e., USPS, UPS, etc.) to gather more information on the physical delivery of the package(s) and/or to file a claim. International orders are subject to customs fees in their country of destination. The Morris Collective is not responsible for any additional fees associated with the order in other countries. In the event that an order is refused based off of fees, the package will be returned to us and there will be a 20% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit to the customer. Please note that shipping fees are not included.
