Returns and Exchanges

Mari-Ju-Wana understands that sometimes things don't quite work out. Therefore we handle returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—we’re all about treating everyone like family. We feel that the better the overall experience is with us, the better relationship we develop with each customer and maintain a long-lasting relationship with one another.  
Return/Exchange Policy:
  • All return/exchange requests are to be made within seven days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Only item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached are eligible for return/exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping & charges associated with exchanges and returns
  • Insurance is recommended for all return shipments as The Morris Collective is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.
  • The Morris Collective has the right to refuse any return.


Please note: All refunds, order cancellations, PayPal disputes, and charge backs will be issued via store credit. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
